Though this delicious baked Brie can be enjoyed on its own with dipping crackers, we recommend adding a selection of cheeses like blue cheese, sharp cheddar, muenster, and mozzarella, alongside your favorite cured meats (salami, prosciutto, or sopressata) and fresh fruits like strawberries and grapes! To highlight the earthy undertones of the Brie and thyme, add some pistachios to create an amazing cheese spread or charcuterie board.
