We wanted to provide an unforgettable spread for Bayer’s annual employee gathering. The event was hosted in a private dining area at the Pizitz Food Hall in downtown Birmingham. When planning this event, the group requested delicious bite sized starters so their guests could mix and mingle while enjoying a happy hour beverage. For dinner, we provided a buffet style setup featuring roasted chicken with citrus butter, accompanied with fresh and delicious sides. The night wrapped up with our mouthwatering meringue pie and a crisp glass of champagne!
