This signature Table and Thyme offering is custom made to your liking. The grazing table is topped with multiple meats, an array of artisan cheeses and breads, the best dips and spreads, along with fresh fruits and sweets to round out the table. It is a great option to cater to everyone from the carnivore to the vegan.
Harvested fresh and pipped with an incredible cream cheese concoction, quickly dipped in a club soda based batter and flash fried to an exceptional golden tone.
BACON WRAPPED DATES
Classically, naturally sweet dates wrapped with a slice of smoked bacon and baked to marry the flavors just right.
Fresh hand cut French bread, toasted to perfection, topped with dill infused cream cheese, topped thin sliced smoked salmon, and garnished with fresh dill and capers.
MEAT CARVING STATION
Carved brisket and Tuscan stuffed sun-dried tomato chicken stuffed with cream cheese, spinach, and a rustic sundried tomato cream sauce.
SOUTHERN GRITS STATION
All of the toppings to complete the perfect bowl of grits, including; bacon, cheese, sautéed onions, sautéed mushrooms, chives, and topped with sautéed shrimp.
SIDES AND SUCH' STATION
Butternut squash au gratin, sweet potato hash, sweet potatoes, diced sautéed onions, twice baked sweet potatoes, roasted vegetable platter (seasonal and local), asparagus rainbow carrots, figs, eggplant, okra, and tomatoes.
All meats were served with our three signature sauces, all made from scratch - Classic BBQ, Sunnie Sauce a mustard based bbq sauce and Alabama Ivory.
