This white tablecloth affair saw guests treated to their choice of beef shortrib with a traditional balsamic reduction, or a tender thyme porkloin served with a Southern twist - miniature downhome biscuits. Those who saved room for dessert enjoyed a delightful white chocolate bread pudding.  

 

Tortellini Skewers

creamy cheese filled tortellini, fresh garden veggies tossed in our house made vinaigrette and served on easy to eat skewers

Cricken Cake

Half Lump Crab Meat and Half Slow Roasted Chicken Thighs. Combined together in a Classic Crab Cake Fashion with an Alabama White Sauce drizzle.

Entree 1

Pistachio and Thyme Encrusted pork tenderloin served on a mini-made-from-scratch Buttermilk Biscuit Topped with homemade honey Garlic Compound Butter.

Entree 2

Smoked Beef Short Rib on a Butternut Squash and Leak Mash toped with a Balsamic Reduction.

Dessert

Chocolate Bread pudding, soaked for hours and baked individually for a Crusted outside and Warm inside.
