Table & Thyme is a full-service catering and hospitality company in Birmingham, Alabama, delivering an exceptional experience from beginning to end that our customers will not only taste but remember for a lifetime.
Table & Thyme launched in the fall of 2019. Inspired by the Founder’s first company, Mealfit, which offers meal prep and office catering services. After executing several large-scale events, Thomas continued to have friends, family, and others reach out for their weddings and milestone events. Since 2019, Table & Thyme has executed 266 events with upwards of 500 persons per event.
At a wedding, milestone celebration, or corporate gathering, our goal is to make your life easier as the host and make your guests feel taken care of. We deliver a seamless approach, exceptional customer service, and delicious food. We love meeting people in the community, helping them create their vision, and ‘wowing’ their guests.

Thomas’ passion for quality food, service, and people are unwavering. His knowledge of food and event catering started many years ago, and today he is happy to bring his love of food, hospitality, and the meaning of quality time well spent around the table.
Through Table & Thyme, he strives to deliver a top-notch experience to all of his clients in Birmingham and the surrounding communities.
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children, focusing on health, fitness, family, personal growth, and making a difference in his community.
