What is it that makes weddings so memorable?

Weddings are a time for love to thrive, to celebrate the level of care between people, and to introduce a new union that will eventually blossom into a strong, committed relationship that inspires others. They are a day dedicated to wishing newlyweds the best on their journey through marriage and a significant milestone on the adventure that is love. Most people want to be surrounded by the people and things that mean the most to them on their wedding day, which makes the experience all the more memorable.
As we move into the new year and wedding season starts to pick up, we wanted to take an opportunity to look back at some of our favorite wedding events. At the tail end of 2019, we helped a young couple celebrate their commitment to one another. Looking back, there is so much radiance in their young love that we couldn’t help but share. For this wedding, blending classic and rustic style was the perfect way to express the everlasting and authentic love that the Kings shared. That’s why we combined some of our favorite items with new and unique flavors to encourage the ambiance of abundance and plenty.

Putting together a wedding as beautiful as this one takes a lot of work and skill, which is why Table & Thyme worked with a number of talented people to make this day extra special for the newlyweds. Thanks to the contributions of the numerous vendors, we were able to create an amazing spread for the lovely couple’s special day that complimented the elegant atmosphere. Artisan meats and cheeses, handcrafted breads and pastries, vibrant and fresh vegetables, sweet and tangy fruits, and so much more went into this table of abundance. This wedding also featured several stations for special hor d’oeuvres with a variety of toppings and garnishes to bring unique flavors into the celebration. This is our favorite way to commemorate love, which is why we put our all into every event!
A memory that lasts a lifetime.
Weddings are such a magical moment in everyone’s lives, regardless of if it’s for you or a guest. Topping off those events with a slice of a stylish wedding cake like those by the talented Daughters Baking is a staple of a sweet wedding full of Southern charm and unconditional love in the heart of Birmingham.
As we watch more and more couples tie the knot this wedding season, we remember the weddings we’ve worked with in the past and hope that each and every couple is living a happy life full of love and laughter today. We are proud to have worked with some amazing vendors and the lovely couple, and wish luck and happiness to the Kings as they continue their journey together!
