We had the pleasure of serving a wonderful group of creatives from Cummings Creative Group. Their annual holiday party was held at Asthetik, a new venue in Birmingham, Alabama. The space was perfect for this intimate gathering of co-workers.
For the menu, we mixed it up with a variety of stations, paired with a grazing table. The stations provided additional options for the guests, including multiple meat and vegetable plates. Throughout the night, guests were able to eat and mingle, and come back for seconds as they pleased.
The grazing table is a signature Table and Thyme offering. Custom made and topped with multiple cured meats, an array of artisan cheeses and breads, the best dips and spreads, fresh fruits and sweets to round out the table. A great option to cater to everyone in your group from the carnivore, vegetarian, to vegan.
In addition the grazing table, our land and air station served a whole filet mignon sliced, with homemade horseradish sauce. We also served our signature sweet heat chicken fingers and pepper jelly pork tenderloin. YUM!
Our mashed potato station was the perfect option to accompany the meats. Complete with all of the toppings you could desire – cheese, chives, tomatoes, sautéed onions, and bacon.
To round it out, we served a spread of sides and salads that included refreshing Southern Caesar Kale Salad with cornbread croutons, goat cheese, and bacon. Drizzled with Caesar dressing, this salad added the perfect side dish to our starches and meat. We also paired fresh roasted vegetables with balsamic glaze as another side option for this well-rounded dinner.
