We worked with Blackwater Resources to put together an engaging and filling corporate event that turned out even more enticing than could have been anticipated!

A Tablescape of Delicacies.

If there’s one thing we know, it’s that most times, quality is much more valuable than quantity. But, with the right tools, you can have both! Our exquisite grazing tables feature exactly that, a large quantity of high quality foods and dishes to surpass every expectation! For this event, the grazing table featured an abundance of fresh fruits, such as juicy berries, crisp grapes, sweet pomegranate, and tangy kiwi. It also featured a selection of aged cheeses and cured charcuterie meats like creamy brie and savory prosciutto, as well as crunchy cashews, artisan crackers, and so much more! 

 

 

A Round of Applause for the Appetizers! 

If you have ever browsed our events in the past, you may have seen how much fun we have with crafting delicious and exciting appetizers to match every event. For this business luncheon, we opted for some beloved classics as well as some zesty and unique dishes for these guests to savor. This table featured Korean Shredded Pork Bowls and tasty Tortellini Skewers, as well as homemade pimento cheese and sour cream and onion dip to accompany toasted crostini and croissants! 

 

 

A Sweet Treat!

To balance out the foods on this bountiful grazing table, we included some decadent and adorable single-serve desserts for guests to graze on. This event featured some salted caramel dark chocolate morsels, sweet Madeline cookies, mini-cream cheese pie with homemade raspberry puree, and individual maple pecan bread puddings made from scratch!
