Table and Thyme had the pleasure of catering Kerieyah’s surprise birthday and it was a party to never forget. We’re excited to share the tablescape from a recent surprise birthday party at a beautiful home on a quiet lake in Hoover, Alabama.

To start the meal, guests enjoyed the grazing table runner as the appetizer.

The main course was comprised of a fresh spring mix salad with goat cheese, candies pecans, opal apple slices, cranberries and honey vinaigrette dressing. The main dish was a  choice between seared lobster tail or glazed lamb chops with a side of gouda mashed potatoes and thyme roasted carrots.

And what better dessert to close out the dinner than white chocolate bread pudding with vanilla custard sauce?

It’s easy to say that bellies were full and spirits were high.⁠

As Thomas said in the video, the food was big, and it was loud and wonderful, but it wasn’t the most important thing. People around the table are the most important thing.
