We recently had the opportunity to cater for a large corporate companies’ annual employee gathering!
This event took place at the Pizitz private Dining Hall which made for a magical dining experience. The event incorporated bite sized appetizers so the group could munch and mingle, but as the night moved forward we dove into delicious full meal.
Starting with an assortment of fresh fruit, various crackers and cheeses, keeping it light.
Crab stuffed mushrooms are sure to be a crowd pleaser, served baked with dipping sauce.
Moving on to a baby wedge salad, topped with fried shallots, crispy bacon, whipped blue cheese dressing.
For dinner, our buffet style roasted chicken is served with peppers, corn and lima hash, fingerling potatoes and balsamic glaze. Yum!
All good things must come to an end, but we ended it sweetly with our strawberry meringue served with champagne. The conversations had and relationships made over good food are the best. Is there any better way to top off an event?
