We had a blast preparing this masterfully handcrafted and flavorful spread of food for a fun Cowboy-themed birthday party at Honeywood Valley!
This party might be Cowboy themed, but it didn’t happen in the wild West. We partner with Honeywood Valley, a hidden paradise just outside of Birmingham, to provide delicious, custom dining experiences in luxurious spaces and make your moments memorable. We’d like to share some of our favorite moments from this entertaining 40th birthday celebration!

These birthday guests enjoyed a fun and inviting evening together while having the chance to try our delectable Western-barbecue inspired Grazing Table. We took special care to make sure this beautifully decorated spread provided these party-goers a safe, distanced, and comfortable atmosphere to enjoy mouthwatering foods while celebrating a beloved friend.

Guests enjoyed a variety of custom dishes to make this night extra-special. Here are some of the delicious things we created for this Cowboy’s special day!
Southern Caesar Salad
This salad featured a fun, Southern twist to traditional Caesar salad by carefully toasting cornbread croutons for a perfect, crispy crunch, and layering tangy goat cheese, hearty bacon, and creamy Caesar dressing on a bed of fresh kale.
Smoked Queso with Fried Pita Bread
Chips and dip are a must-have for any party, so we added a fun little spin by toasting peppers into buttery cheese for a smoky queso dip, enjoyed on fried pita chips.
Brisket slider with Fried Onion Straws and Chicken Slider with Homemade BBQ Sauce and a Wickle
These sliders may be small, but they pack a big punch. For a variety of flavor options, one sports brisket topped with crunchy onion straws while the other is shredded chicken complimented by a pickle with a bit of spice. Both options are adorned with a sweet and smokey homemade barbecue sauce and sandwiched between flawlessly toasted buns.
Creamy Three-Cheese Mac & Cheese
A familiar favorite, macaroni and cheese goes with anything! This creamy casserole is made with a three-cheese blend for guaranteed gooey, cheesy-goodness with every bite.
Dipped Cookie Sandwiches
There’s no way to have a birthday party without dessert. The party guests enjoyed sweet, chocolate chip cookie sandwiches filled with cream and dipped in layers of milk and white chocolate for a blissful treat.
Loving friends and family had a wild celebration in honor of their favorite Cowboy. We are grateful to have been a part of their fun and memorable night!
