Ingredients:
- Baguette or ciabatta
- Tomato paste
- Butter
- Prosciutto
- Parmesan or other salty cheese
- Burrata
- Lemon
- Chives
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Slice and toast your bread while your butter is coming to room temp.
- Mix about equal parts butter and tomato paste, and grate a couple of tablespoons of Parmesan into the mixture. Mix until smooth.
- Cover your toasted bread with the tomato mixture, and top with a slice of prosciutto. Break open your burrata, and put a piece on top of the prosciutto.
- Top with lemon zest, chives, a drizzle of olive oil, and fresh cracked pepper.
Pesto Egg Toast
Ingredients:
- Bread
- Pesto
- Egg
- Olive oil
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Put olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and toast your bread on both sides. After your bread is toasted, turn the heat to medium low and put a heaping spoonful of pesto into the pan.
- Crack an egg into the pesto, and cook to your liking.

Peach Burrata Toast
Ingredients:
- Ciabatta roll
- 1 peach
- A few basil leaves
- One ball of burrata
- Hot honey
Instructions:
- Cut your ciabatta roll in half, and drizzle the cut sides with olive oil. Toast the roll cut sides down in a pan over medium heat.
- Slice the peach, and cut the basil leaves into thin strips.
- When the roll is toasted, smear it with burrata. Top with peaches and basil. Drizzle with hot honey, and serve.
Squash Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 yellow squash
- A baguette
- Approximately ¼ cup ricotta
- Trader Joe’s chili crisp
Instructions:
- Cut a chunk off of the baguette, and split it in half. Cut the squash into thin slices.
- Heat a pan over medium and add olive oil. Once the olive oil is heated, add the squash, salt, and pepper to taste. Sauté for about 15 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
- Drizzle the cut sides of the baguette with olive oil, and place them cut side down on the same pan you used for the squash. Let it cook for about 3 minutes or until toasted.
- Put the baguette slices cut side up on a plate. Smear the ricotta over the tops, then add the cooked squash. Top with chili crisp.
Cottage Cheese Pizza Toast
Ingredients:
- Toast
- Marinara
- Cottage cheese
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Oregano
- Hot honey
Instructions:
- On a piece of toast, layer warm marinara and cottage cheese.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes, as well as a drizzle of the oil from the jar.

Ingredients:
- Romaine

Instructions:
