From catering a variety of high-end events, we’ve been able to find the features that make each and every one stand out. One of those features is unique drinks to accompany some delicious food. Usually, we’ve got the extravagant spread of fresh food, but today we’re sharing some incredible recipes or some fall-inspired martinis! Shake things up with these classy sips of the season!

Apple Cider Martini
This autumn staple is the perfect way to blend the delicate flavors of fall with the elegance and fun of a tasty martini! This recipe features the perfect amount of ingredients to make a single drink, so multiply the amounts as needed to make the desired number of drinks for your event.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces apple cider
- 1 ½ ounces vodka
- ½ ounce Cointreau or triple sec
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or simple syrup
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Apple slices, for the garnish
Directions
- Add the apple cider, vodka, Cointreau or Triple Sec, lemon juice, syrup and cinnamon to a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake until cold.
- Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with apple slices if desired.

Pumpkin Spice Martini
That’s right, now you can enjoy all of the wonderful parts of the season (i.e. pumpkin spice lattes) in a nice and neat alcoholic drink! This recipe makes one martini, so multiply the ingredients to make the number needed for your event!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- ½ ounce heavy cream (or coconut milk, for vegan)
- ½ ounce pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Graham crackers, for the rim
Directions
- Crush a graham cracker with your fingers, and place it on a plate. On another plate, add a small pool of maple syrup. Run the rim of a martini glass in the maple syrup first, rotating the glass so the rim is evenly coated. Then roll the rim in the crushed graham crackers until evenly coated.
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake until cold. Strain the drink into the prepared martini glass.

Cranberry Martini
Thanksgiving may become your new favorite holiday with this sweet treat! This recipe makes a single martini, so adjust to fit your needs!
Ingredients
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce 100% cranberry juice (not sweetened)
- ½ ounce Cointreau
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons simple syrup or maple syrup*
- Granulated or superfine sugar, for the rim (optional)
- For the garnish: fresh cranberries, lemon wedge
Directions
- Cut a notch in a lemon wedge, then run the lemon around the rim of a martini glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of superfine sugar.
- Place the vodka, cranberry juice, Cointreau, lemon juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 15 seconds until cold.
- Strain the drink into a cocktail or martini glass. Garnish with cranberries and a lemon wedge and serve.
