In the backyard or on the roof, we’re sharing grazing table goals from a recent rooftop party at @theroofbham. The night turned out to be more than just a birthday celebration. To everyone’s surprise, the birthday girl’s boyfriend popped the question. Of course, she said ‘yes’!

The guests celebrated the birthday girl and the newly engaged couple with delicious cocktails, a grazing table, and appetizers. The weather was beautiful as the sun set on a stunning Birmingham skyline.
It’s safe to say the birthday girl, the couple, and all of the guests enjoyed a lovely evening under the Birmingham stars.
On the menu:
Creole Eggs-deviled Eggs: a Cajun twist topped with bacon jam and fresh chives.
Korean BBQ Pork: sticky rice topped with shredded pork, pickled vegetables, nori and Korean bbq sauce.
Smoked Salmon Crostini: hand cut French bread rounds toasted and topped with cream cheese, thin sliced salmon, fresh dill and capers.
Tortellini Skewers: cheese filled tortellini, tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella, drizzled with pesto.
Asian Chicken Taco Cups: fresh roasted chicken, cabbage and carrots tossed in a sesame sauce, served in a tortilla cup.
