Our Community-Based Approach to Delivering 4,300 Mini-Graze Boxes Across Alabama and Beyond.

It would take a lot of time, dedication, and resources to make sure we delivered the highest value of quality and quantity to the communities that we aim to serve. We wanted to celebrate our accomplishment that we would not have been able to achieve without the help of our community! 

 

Creating and providing excellence is our specialty here at Table and Thyme. It is something we take great pride in and, once in awhile, we are given a chance to test ourselves and figure out how much we’re really capable of. When presented with this opportunity, we had a tough choice to make. Making and delivering 4,300 mini-graze boxes in the matter of a few days is a difficult task for any company, but for a local business? At first it seemed impossible! We aren’t ones to shy away from a challenge, however, so we did the math. In order for us to achieve this goal, we would need:

• 560 lbs of puppy chow 
• 96 pans of brownies 
• 8,600 Table and Thyme chocolate chip cookies 
• 8,600 Snickerdoodle cookies 
• 9000 Salted caramels

And these things would be delivered across the entire scope of Alabama and into Georgia. Wow, is that a challenge! So how much of a commitment would it be? Well, if one person were packaging the graze boxes, they would need to assemble 2. 9 boxes per minute for 24 hours straight to meet this exuberant quota. Considering that is a lot to ask out of anyone, we were able to come up with a way to break up that workload with the help of our community. We partnered with Church of the Highlands to celebrate their annual Marriage Conference, a local high school volleyball team, the entire Table and Thyme family─ even people that worked for us in the past came back to help! This experience taught us a lot about ourselves and the communities we serve as well. We couldn’t help but want to share this process and the results of this journey since it highlights the true nature of teamwork!

 

 

Despite the challenge of preparing and delivering so many Mini-Graze Boxes at once, Table and Thyme aims to deliver high-quality services fueled by a passion for excellence. 

With the help of local community members and the indispensable Table and Thyme team, we were able to deliver such high quantities of graze boxes with the same high quality we put into everything we do. We really wanted to emphasize the celebration of marriage for Church of the Highland’s annual Marriage Conference. Since these boxes were going out to campuses across a pretty large distance to a variety of people, we decided sweet treats were the way to go! These unique mini-graze boxes had some of our fan favorite elements in them, such as Table and Thyme’s famous chocolate chip cookies. We also included an arrangement of sugar cookies, puppy chow, yogurt covered pretzels, brownies, and salted caramels to really convey the marriage of flavors between sweet and salty and how they can be the perfect match! We put a lot of care into each item because we believe our clients deserve the best. Because we were able to work together and accomplish the huge task of delivering 4,300 graze boxes, Table and Thyme dedicated special attention to making the most mouthwatering graze boxes that would be perfect for weddings and other events for every guest!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Being able to create and deliver 4,300 mini-graze boxes across Alabama and into Georgia while still dedicating the same level and effort of excellence to each graze box is something that we could not have done alone.
