Just minutes from Birmingham, Yellow Branch Plantation is home to breath taking views and natural beauty. It is a prime place for any event. We had the honor of catering and event in this beautiful place not too long ago.

A group traveling from Texas, found Yellow Branch Plantation by Third Home. Third home is a platform second homeowners can use to stay in luxury vacation homes. The group requested a private meal during their stay. The night started off with delicious hors d’oeuvre’s including, a shrimp martini cocktail, crab cakes, and salmon caesar salad.

A plated entrée of smoked filet mignon that was served with sautéed broccoli, jasmine rice, and butternut squash au gratin. At the end of the meal a pecan praline bread pudding that was soaked overnight and freshly baked was served. It came topped with a pecan glaze and served with a Madagascar vanilla bean ice cream. What a meal.
