Looking For Some Autumn-Decor Inspiration? You’re Sure to Fall for this Inviting Housewarming Party

Carlyle Thornton is a fashion and lifestyle blogger that shares tips, tricks, and inspiration for how to stay up-to-date with the latest trends without spending every ounce of energy you have! She has so many resources available from her expansive blogs ranging in variety (fashion, health, beauty, home decor, and more!) to her personal shopping lists! Of course, when the Birmingham-native reached out to us here at Table and Thyme for help with her housewarming party, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to work with her and create this autumnal wonderland! 

Before we can show the centerpiece of the evening, we have to set the stage! Take a look at these beautiful snapshots of some of the various fall elements staged throughout the home to extend that autumnal atmosphere from room to room! Specially selected florals were paired alongside rustic items like wicker baskets and candles, as well as adorable mini-pumpkins (including some seasonal party favors!) for the perfect setting for this event. While browsing the rooms and spaces of the new house, guests sipped on a deliciously sweet seasonal cocktail complete with fresh squeeze lemon and crisp apples!

 

Explore One of Our Most Festive Events Yet….

Here at Table and Thyme, we do our best to make each and every event special. Whatever the theme or occasion may be, we believe each guest and every client deserves the best experience possible. In order to achieve that, we let our passion for elevated experiences drive us to create tablescapes that encapsulate the character of each event to the fullest extent. 

For this housewarming party, we knew it was the perfect opportunity to explore the relationship between fall and food to create something truly wonderful! In the end, it became even more magnificent than we could’ve ever expected. The grazing table invited guests to try new things and savor their favorite flavors of fall with a large variety of hor d’oeuvres. We’ve developed such a deliciously reliable system when it comes to our grazing tables that we almost always feature similar elements for each event. Some of these elements include fresh fruit and vegetables, aged meats and cheeses, artisan crackers and breads, and an assortment of nuts. For this event, we knew the possibilities for flavor combinations and pairings were truly endless, so we were so excited to push the limits of our own expectations! In a beautiful arrangement, we served guests fall-themed delicacies such as fresh figs and pomegranate, charcuterie and saucisson such as salami, prosciutto, soppresso, coppa, and more. A variety of cheeses like mozzarella and a cranberry encrusted goat cheese log pair well with candied pecans, pumpkin-cream cheese muffins, and caramelized popcorn! There were so many unique flavors in this one-of-a-kind grazing table, take a look for yourself! 

 

 

Delightful Desserts and Sweet Smiles

No housewarming party is complete without a hearty selection of sweet treats and enjoyable company! This event featured an array of desserts including decadent candied apples, berries and cream puffs, cookies, miniature pecan pies, and even a selection of flavored ice creams like salted caramel and peanut butter-chocolate! All in all, this event featured a wide variety of flavors and foods that were perfectly complementary to the expertly crafted autumn atmosphere. Guests enjoyed an evening filled with delicious food, good laughs, and memorable connections!
