A classic recipe that always makes you feel like “home”. Here’s a tasty meatball marinara dish that will feed your heart, soul, and belly!
What you’ll need:
- 2 lbs of lean ground beef (or hamburger meat)
- 2 whole eggs, beaten with a 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon of oregano leaf
- ½ tsp Basil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Ground pepper to taste
- Parchment paper
Instructions:
- First mix together all the ingredients except the beef in a kitchen bowl. Once these have been mixed together, add in the beef and begin to incorporate it into all the flavors. Using a spoon scoop out the mixture and form small “golf ball” sized meatballs and place onto a baking tray. (You can use Parchment paper to help prevent the meatballs sticking)

Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes. Then broil 3-4 min to brown on top. Boil noodles as directed on package.
- Place noodles on plate and pour sauce from the bottle.
- Warm in the microwave. Place meatballs on top.
