We’ve taken oats, maple syrup, peanut butter, cocoa and chocolate chips (plus flax for extra fiber) and baked it together for a crisp and crunchy top and a soft and warm middle. These baked oats will make you and the whole family jump out of bed in the morning.

Step 1. Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine milk, maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla.
Step 2. Add dry ingredients: Once mixed, add all the dry ingredients except the chocolate chips and mix well.
Step 3. Add chocolate chips: Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 4. Bake: Pour into a greased baking dish, and bake for 55 min at 350°.
Cook time: 1 hour 15 minutes
