As an engaged couple, you are getting a taste of what married life has to offer and that includes getting to build a community of other married people and create new experiences together!

Another way to get excited for your wedding is to group up with other brides and talk about the challenges you’ve faced so far with wedding planning to find solutions you may not have thought of before, and also to celebrate each other’s accomplishments and rally support for your gal pals! What better way to do this than with an exceptionally exquisite lunch spread thanks to the talented Hayden Bryant and Neillie Butler with Mari Ami! With this team of dedicated planners, Table & Thyme created a menu of classical lunch items to create the perfect vibe for these brides to bond and create a memorable experience together, let’s take a look!
Making every moment special with an unmatched menu!
This luncheon featured memories galore from the extravagant venue and tablescape to the indescribable bites and glamorous company! For starters, the brides got to sink their teeth into a light and flavorful salad complete with mixed spring greens, crisp cherry tomatoes, ripe avocado slices, a sprinkle of creamy goat cheese, and a drizzle of a zesty homemade vinaigrette.
Homemade soup to calm any nerves!
Planning a wedding is stressful! Luckily for these brides, we had the perfect thing to soothe over any outstanding nerves while they enjoyed their time with one another! Our homemade tomato bisque featured a creamy, savory, and unforgettable flavor perfectly paired with crispy croutons and a sprinkle of fresh parsley. To make it even more memorable, this savory soup was served in fine and ornate china bowls and even in delicate teacups for a fun and quaint take on traditional lunch!
Finishing things off strong with a dish worth remembering!
To complete this lunch menu, we decided on a dish that was sure to be beloved by every bride! Our creamy chicken scallopini, complete with an aromatic citrus and buttery finish, was served on a bed of cheesy polenta and topped with a fresh garnish of garden herbs for an indescribable flavor sensation!
This bridal lunch event, hosted in the gorgeous Mountain Brook area, was such a success we could not help but to share it!
